Seen on a t-shirt

I saw a great t-shirt today worn by a bloke in Romford, Essex, England. I should have taken a picture really, but wasn’t in the mood to have my face rearranged. It read, in huge letters:

I gave up fags, booze and sex.

And then, in tiny letters underneath:

It was the worst hour of my life!
